AmazonBasics AAA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries
We introduced Amazon’s brand AmazonBasics batteries before, but the batteries are not rechargeable. Today we are going to introduce AmazonBasics Rechargeable Batteries.
The AmazonBasics AAA rechargeable batteries 12-pack was delivered to us previously but we just got time to open the package.
Package box which is in Certified Frustration-Free Packaging.
What is Certified Frustration-Free Packaging ?
_It comes without excess packaging materials such as hard plastic clamshell casings, plastic bindings, or wire ties. The packaging is designed to be opened without the use of a box cutter or knife, and it will protect your product just as well as traditional packaging. Products with Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging can frequently be shipped in their own boxes, without an additional shipping box, saving on resources and reducing waste_
Looks like the Amazon’s batteries are made in China too. We also see the batteries are Ni-MH batteries.
Opened the box, we saw the manual first.
There are 12 AAA batteries in the box totally. All are 1.2V 800 mAh rechargeable AAA batteries and they have been pre-charged and prepared to use directly.
For recharging, let’s check manual first, we can see the warning information “Recharge with an approved NiMH charger”.
We have a SanYo Ni-MH battery charger for Eneloop battery which is from Costco previously. If compare Enaloop AAA battery with AmazonBasics AAA battery, we can see they are looked the same size, then we checked Amazon’s FAQ here, somebody else could use the same recharger on these batteries. So we are going to use the charger on the batteries too.
For digital device battery, there are 2 best stores or shopping website currently: Costco and Amazon, If you can not visit Costco, then Amazon is the best place for you to order batteries with their own brand name AmazonBasics.
